Lahidro restaurant, at Sercotel Ciutat d’Alcoi Hotel, offers a traditional Mediterranean cuisine with an avant-garde flair. Raúl Riquelme, the corporate chef of Sercotel Hotels, is the manager of the restaurant and the creator of its exquisite menu. The dishes are prepared with local and high quality ingredients: Iberian products, ingredients from the kitchen garden, meats and a wide selection of wines, both national and international.
With capacity for up to 80 people and a 150 m² surface, Lahidro restaurant is a welcoming place, to enjoy in good company. Formerly it was a hydroelectric station and the decoration reflects the functionality of old times. With an industrial and contemporary style, it stands for its big windows, its particular ceilings and its special lighting. This last one allows to create different and more intimate areas in the diaphanous space.
